"Dr. Reza was very thorough with the examination and hearing test, clear when he showed me the data graph results that both ears were very similar with the hearing loss in each, and explained quite well the differences in the types of hearing aids he would recommend. I am very happy with my hearing aids, they are not actually visible to most people, very lightweight and discreet."

"Dr, Atee is providing outstanding service. He has guided - and reassured me - through the testing, looking at results and choosing hearing aids steps in a respectful, supportive, and compassionate way. He took the time to explain the results of my hearing test. He made sure that I understood all issues at play. When I selected my hearing aids, he made they were the ones that fitted my needs exactly. Whenever they were issues with my hearing aids afterwards, he got back to me usually with in 24 hours. I highly recommend him."

"Quantum was highly recommended by a friend of mine who was very happy with the service. I thought I would "buy" mine from a big box store to save money but after realizing I had to wait weeks for an appointment, wait weeks to receive them and then if there was a problem would I need to wait again? I called Quantum on a Weds and luckily there was a cancellation. Still not sure about getting hearing aids but once a met with Reza there was no doubt in my mind that I not only needed them but wanted them. I was going to SF to see my grandchildren on the following Tuesday and Reza made it happen. I know a lot of people who need hearing aids but somehow can't get their head around the idea that it makes them look old should just try them. I am very proud of my hearing aids - I think they make me look smart!"

"I spent a few months researching hearing aid technology before deciding to buy due to the high costs. I noticed a review praising Quantum and found my way to Dr. Reza Ataee. From the first questions I had, I knew my decision to speak with a Doctor of Audiology was correct. I suspect that Dr. Ataee sees his work as a calling as he is very committed to ensuring the patient is content with their own decision. I also found the costs were far more reasonable than many highly marketed alternatives. Overall I am extremely happy with my decision and the great service I have received."

"I have previously purchased hearing aids from 2 different national franchises and in both instances did not think the staff were very knowledgeable re hearing technology as I was continuously having to have them reprogrammed . My experience at Quantum has been the exact opposite . I have confidence in The info/advice I received , selection of the hearing aids and most important very pleased with programming and custom fit as one ear has a small opening . This is my first time ever posting an on line review and pleased to do so because Iām finally enjoying my best hearing since using aids ."
