The process begins with a full hearing test by your audiologist. Based on your hearing loss, lifestyle, and preferences, a suitable hearing aid is selected.
To proceed with the trial, a down payment is required to order the hearing aids directly from the manufacturer. Once ordered, we fit and program the devices specifically for you.

Step 2: 30-Day Trial
You wear the hearing aids for one full month in your daily life — at home, in social settings, at work, or outdoors. This gives you the chance to truly experience how the hearing aids perform in real-world situations.

Step 3: Free Exchange If Needed
Not completely satisfied? We’ll exchange the hearing aid — whether it’s the same brand or a different one — until we find the right fit. Our goal is to make sure you get the best hearing experience possible, with no pressure to settle.
